2 planes from Manila then a 15 min boat. I'm not impressed with how hectic and crowded it is on the piers. The railings are also minimal so someone could swing their bag the wrong way and knock you off the edge and into the sea. Travelling can really knock you out so it's good to have a comfortable place to relax when you arrive to your destination. With aircon.
